dismissal

DWI Dismissed

My original Public Defender said because it was my 3rd DWI in only a few years, I had to go to jail, but then I hired Mr. Mambelli who showed they couldn't prove the DWI and got it dismissed.

Thank you Mr. Mambelli

Looking Forward

Mr. Mambelli represented me at least 5 times. The first few times were for traffic tickets and driving on a suspended license, and he kept me out of jail each time. Next was for drug charges, then for a violation of probation, for which he got me back on probation instead of Jail.

The last time was for multiple criminal charges including
8 separate theft charges, 3 drug charges, hindering my apprehension, and 12 more traffic violations. I was facing over 5 years in jail just for the criminal charges, not to mention more jail time because I was driving on a suspended license for the 8th time when I was arrested in a car that had no insurance for the 4th time. I was so scared because I know people who got jail for much less than I was charged with, but Mr. Mambelli got the 8 theft charges dismissed, as well as the drug charge and most of the motor vehicle violations. I walked out of court with fines only and no Jail.

I promised Mr. Mambelli that I would get my act together and I'm proud to say that with his help I've addressed my drug issues. He sincerely cares about his clients and thanks to Mr. Mambelli, I've turned my life around. Instead of being in jail, I'm working, living with my wife, and recently had a new baby. Thanks again Mr. Mambelli, I owe it all to you. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for your help.

Forever grateful, C.J. Jan. 2018

Drug Charges Dismissed

Officer did not care if drugs in my car were left by my brother, or that I was pursuing a career in law enforcement.
CDS in a Motor Vehicle had two year mandatory license suspension, plus a criminal record, but Mr. Mambelli got everything dismissed in court with no conditional discharge
and no one else had to be charged or testify.

Domestic Violence Threat Charges Dismissed

I was facing between 3 to 5 years for an indictable domestic violence felony. They did not want to dismiss the charges, even though I'm in my forties with no prior criminal record. My wife and I were getting divorced and she was trying to use the charges as ammunition in the divorce. I hired Mr. Mambelli, who eventually got the charges dismissed.

There's Always Hope

Mr. Mambelli not only helped save my career, he literally saved my life. A series of bad choices eventually resulted in me facing 21 charges which were spread over four different towns in two separate counties. 14 were drug charges, the other 7 were traffic violations, which included leaving the scene of an accident, and driving without insurance.

All of the attorneys I spoke to said there is absolutely no way I could hope to avoid a criminal record or keep my license and I should get my affairs in order because in all probability I'd be going to jail. Mr. Mambelli said it certainly did not look good, but he's seen worse situations that had a good outcome. He said once he received the discovery packages from the prosecutors, we could review it together and discuss my options more specifically.

I have to admit that I felt my situation was hopeless. Even if there was a way to beat some of the charges, I still faced a criminal record, license suspension or jail on almost all of the others, which would bar me from joining the military.

Mr. Mambelli filed a motion to consolidate all of the charges to be heard in one court, which I heard is very difficult even for charges in only two towns, let alone four towns over a three month period. But he did it, and I was given a 6 month conditional discharge period, which meant all of the criminal charges would be dismissed as long as I stayed out of trouble for 6 months and provided them with a clean urine test. Also, all of the traffic charges were dismissed as part of the plea agreement. In short, I did not get a criminal record, jail, or even a license suspension.

Words cannot express how thankful I am to Mr. Mambelli, and I would give him the highest possible recommendation.
